Overview

Imaging Studio brings together a powerful set of software libraries for machine vision application development, including
Coreco Imaging's IFC Imaging Foundation Classes, ITEX Library and Camera Configurator.
Together, the Imaging Studio SDK (software development kit) offers a powerful object-oriented API (application program
interface) for camera configuration, image acquisition and data display.
Features include across-the-board support for Coreco Imaging frame grabbers including, the PC-DIG, PC-RGB, PCVision,
PCVisionPlus and IC-Async. In addition, Imaging Studio provides the industry's highest performance Interrupt API, support
for Visual C++ 6.0, Visual Basic 6.0 and cross-platform compatibility with Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows NT, and
Windows 98..

Key features

ITEX & IFC:

  • Save time and money, ITEX encapsulates the knowledge about Coreco Imaging's hardware so you don't have to
learn the hardware details while programming your application
  • Easy to use, ITEX commands are highly integrated, logically constructed, thoroughly documented and comes
with examples you can cut and paste into your application
  • Lightening fast execution, ITEX is optimized for fast control of Coreco Imaging's hardware and for transferring images from the board at maximum PCI-bus rates
  • Object-oriented class library for camera configuration, acquisition and display
  • Virtual ISR Extensions (VIXN) allows you to write functions which are embedded in a host program, yet execute
as part of the interrupt service routine (ISR)
  • Supports Visual Basic by providing the VB header file "ifccapi.bus"
  • Can be used with the camera configurator utility for interfacing to any standard or non-standard imaging/camera types including: monochrome and color, composite and RGB, high resolution matrix (1000+pixels), analog and digital line scan, multi-tap digital, variable scan, frame reset, progressive scan, strobe and custom designed
    input devices
  • Grab images at a click of a button
  • Access and modify digitizer control functions from a point-and-click interface
  • Easily experiment with different set-up parameters
